Ramsgate vs Haywards Heath
Ramsgate go into this Saturdays clash against Haywards Heath ten games unbeaten and four points clear at the top of the table with six games remaining.
Last Saturday we overcame bottom of the table Corinthian 3-2 thanks to Rowan Liburds’ second consecutive hat trick which now means the Rams hot shot has eight goals in his last five games.
In team news Tom Carlse was fit last weekend for a place on the bench and will be looking to push for a place in the starting line up while Ben Fitchett came through the Kent Senior Cup tie against Tonbridge with no ill effects and will again be in the squad tomorrow.
Our opponents currently lie 18th in the table in the relegation playoff places after registering seven wins from their 32 games so far this season and they will be hoping Alex Laing can add to his eight goals so far this season as they go in search of a much needed win.
The teams last met way back in August when the Rams came out 2-1 winners at the Hanbury stadium. Josh Ajayi gave the visitors the lead before Alahady Ibrahim Jalloh equalised just after half time but Jerald Aboagye struck the winner for Ramsgate on 87 minutes.
Kick off is at 3pm
