Macies FC 2 5 Hugin Vikings
The WW Martin Community Stadium once again hosted Thanet Sunday League football again on Friday evening under the lights as Macies FC took on Hugin Vikings.
In a dramatic game a hat trick from Thomas Sheppard and a brace from veteran top scorer Paul Jones saw Hugin Vikings climb up to fourth and only two points behind Lesters in the playoff spots.
Tommy Raggett scored both the goals for Macies but it wasn’t enough to stop them falling to a seventh consecutive defeat.
Macies have the chance to bounce back away against Sandwich Town this Sunday in a 1030 kick off.
