Bank Holiday family fun !
Some are saying the pantomime is the best family day out on Bank Holiday Monday. “Oh no it isn’t!” Say top of the table Ramsgate, who host 2nd placed Chatham Town at WW Martin Community Stadium. Bring your families and warn Steve Lovell’s men “they’re behind you” as The Chats will be doing all they can to catch The Rams!
We have a free soccer school running between 1300-1400 and families are welcome to stay in the stadium for the match afterwards.
The Rams, managed by former Gillingham boss Steve Lovell, have been league leaders since August but sit just three points above Chatham, who were promoted last season, have lost just six league games in three years.
Having seen off other front runners Ashford United(3-2) and Whitehawk (3-1) in the previous month Ramsgate know a win would put them in a very strong position going into the second half of the season.
The Southwood side are the divisions top scorers with 34 for goals so far this term with The Chats just two behind on 32.
